Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using www.vintagestore.in ("the Site") or either referred as "us", "we", or "our" and the terms "you", "your", and "yours" refer to anyone accessing, viewing, browsing, visiting or using the site. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the site www.vintagestore.in.

By accessing or using the site in any manner, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by vintage store. We are not responsible for any such links as they are provided for information only.

Vintage Store has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Equipment

You agree to be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all physical assets like telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the site and services, and you shall be responsible for all charges related there to.

Disclaimer

You understand that we cannot and do not promise, guarantee or warrant that files you download through the Internet will be free from viruses or other code that may be destructive. You are responsible for implementing sufficient safeguards for yourself. We do not assume any responsibility for your use of the internet.

Every order issued by the customer(s) shall not be binding on the company unless acknowledged by the us in writing.The orders which are once cancelled by the company for any reason the customer will be refunded the complete amount by original mode of the payment. We reserve the right to refuse orders at its sole discretion with out assigning any reasons.

After placing an order, you will receive an email/whatsapp message from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email/whatsapp message confirming the shipment of your order. A contract with us will only be formed when we send you the shipping confirmation. The contract will relate only to those products whose shipment we have confirmed in the shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may revoke our acceptance and cancel your order where the product is no longer available or doesn't pass the quality check.

The content of the site and/or Services may not be complete or up-to-date and should not be used to replace any other statements or notices provided by us. Information obtained by using the site and/or services is not exhaustive and does not necessarily cover all relevant issues.

All products sold on the Site are sold with no warranty as the products are pre owned.

Submissions

All comments, reviews, articles, sound files, videos, and photographs (collectively “Submitted Content”) you submit to vintage store directly or through user surveys become the property of vintage Store and, except as otherwise specifically stated on the site, you grant a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free license giving Vintage Store the right to use the Submitted content for any purpose, including, but not limited to the advertising and promotion of the site and the services.

Orders on credit

Based on customer’s previous order history, it may happen that vintage store may accept, create and fulfill orders on credit to the customers on their request. In such cases , vintage store sends an email to the customer seeking acknowledgement. Upon receiving the acknowledgement from customer, the order will be processed. The customer is bound to pay the amount in full by the due date agreed by vintage store and the customer which is mentioned in the email, failing to pay the amount within 120 days from the due date may lead to legal proceedings and the customer should bear the fees associated.

In case the customer failed to clear the previous dues and place the new order, the previous due amount will be recovered from the newly placed order. The new order will not be fulfilled until the customer pays the remaining balance required to fulfill the new order.

Condition & Pricing

Since there is a DEMAND of the products and no SUPPLY, most the products sold are preowned and very few are found to be in brand new condition. The pricing of the products will not be same as MRP mentioned on the product. Purchasing a product for the mentioned price is solely customer's discretion.

Pictures/ACD and Cassette Cases

All the product pictures displayed in the store are original pictures, however in some cases, the customer may not receive the same product as shown in the pictures , this happens when there are multiple copies of the same product displayed as one entity in the store.

Based on the availability of spare cases, badly broken ACD/Cassette cases will be replaced to provide quality to the customers, however the replaced case if any may not be from the same music company.

Security and Privacy

Any passwords used for registration on the site are for individual use only. You are solely responsible for the security of your password. We may monitor your password and, at our discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that we consider insecure, we may require it to be changed or we may end your account.

If you become involved in any violation of system security, we reserve the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. We reserve the right to investigate all suspected violations of these terms of use.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms of service by posting the updated terms on the site. Your continued use of the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.

Please review this agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this agreement or any changes to this agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the site or discontinue any use of the site immediately.
